چکیده

Background/aim: COVID-19 syndrome due to the SARS-CoV-2 virus is a currently challenging situation ongoing worldwide. Since current pandemic of great concern for everybody in World, frequently asked question how and when process will be concluded. The aim this paper propose hypotheses order answer essential question. As recently demonstrated, RNAs can reverse-transcribed integrated into human genome. Our main hypothesis that ultimate incorporation genome being an element intestinal virobiota. Materials methods: We genomic part virobiota essentially based on three pathobiological phases which are called as 'induction', 'consolidation', 'maintenance phases'. phase 'recurrence' complicates any these disease viral load, exposure time, more contagious strains and/or mutants. have performed 'random walk model' predict community transmission kinetics virus. Results: Chimerism-mediated immunotherapy at individual level with help vaccination seems only option ending process. After integration via induction, consolidation, maintenance virobiota, chimerism would 'viral load', `genomic strain SARS-CoV-2', `host immune reaction against SARS-CoV-2' hallmarks long journey. Conclusion: Elucidation functional dynamics helpful management individual- communitybased long-term strategies.

Mathematical Model of Novel COVID-19 and Its Transmission Dynamics

In this paper, we formulated a dynamical model of COVID-19 to describe the transmission dynamics of the disease. The well possedness of the formulated model equations was proved. Both local and global stability of the disease free equilibrium and endemic equilibrium point of the model equation was established using basic reproduction number. The results show that, if the basic reproduction numb...
